Terms Of Service

• Payment is done via paypal, payoneer, wise, or direct bank transfer. I accept several different currencies. Details could be discussed further down the line.

• Half Upfront payment after a rough sketch is finalized.

• The commission will be done in a case-by-case basis. Tell me the outline of the ideas so that I could give you a quote for the price.

• Full payment shall be done after the clean-up sketch has been finalized

• I retain the full rights to the artwork and am eligible to post it or display it on my social media/portfolio sites.

• You are not allowed to profit off of any artwork you commission unless a commercial or a full transfer of rights is requested, which would be subject to additional terms of conditions.

• I will commit myself to the fullest in completing your commission. If I cannot finish it for any reason, A full refund will be issued.

• The current rate is $25/hr. All the prices are based on the estimated time required to finish an artwork. 

• I am willing to negotiate the price for a bulk order.

• I also accept payment plans.

• By commissioning me, you agree to all of the ToS above.

Commissions for commercial and business purposes would be subject to additional terms of conditions and possibly contracts. The details of which would be discussed in further conversations.
